- By Car: From Playa del Carmen, take Highway 307 south toward Tulum. Look for signs to Akumal, which will direct you to the beach access points.
- By Public Transport: Colectivos (shared vans) run frequently along Highway 307 between Playa del Carmen and Tulum. Ask the driver to drop you at Akumal.
- Parking: Limited paid parking is available near the beach entrance, often managed by local vendors or resorts.
