- By Bus: Frequent colectivos (shared minivans) depart from Cusco's Pavitos Street to Calca, taking about 1.5 hours. Tickets are purchased directly from the driver.
- By Taxi: Private taxis from Cusco cost around 80-120 PEN (approx. 20-30 USD) and take roughly 1 hour.
- By Car: Follow the paved road from Cusco toward Pisac, then continue northeast to Calca. Parking is available in the town center.
