Location & Access

The swamps before arriving to Fitz Roy are situated along the approach trail to Mount Fitz Roy within Los Glaciares National Park (North Area), in Southern Patagonia, Argentina. The area is part of the rugged landscape leading to the iconic mountain, accessible via the trail from El Chaltén, the nearest town.
