Situation et moyens d'accès

Pisac is situated in the Sacred Valley of southeastern Peru, approximately 33 kilometers northeast of Cusco. The archaeological site overlooks the modern town of Pisac, perched on a hill with sweeping views of the valley.

  • By Public Transport: From Cusco, take a colectivo (shared van) from Calle Puputi or a bus from the Terminal Terrestre. The journey takes about 45 minutes to an hour.
  • By Taxi: Private taxis from Cusco cost around 60-80 PEN (15-20 USD) one way.
  • By Tour: Many guided tours from Cusco or the Sacred Valley include Pisac as part of a day trip.

  • Opening Hours: Daily from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Last entry is usually at 4:30 PM.
  • Entrance Fee: Included in the Boleto Turístico (General Tourist Ticket) for 130 PEN (35 USD), which grants access to multiple sites in the Sacred Valley. Individual entry is 40 PEN (10 USD).
  • Tickets: Can be purchased at the entrance or in Cusco at the Oficina de Turismo.
