Snæfellsnes

The Snæfellsnes peninsula lies in the west of Iceland and is often called 'Iceland in Miniature' for the wealth and diversity of its natural features. The rocky coast near Arnarstapi, the black church of Búðir and Mount Kirkjufell sit along its shores, with the Snæfellsjökull glacier volcano as a backdrop.
